How to upload from PSE 7

I have all my photos in albums and backup/sync is turned on. In ps 7 All albums have the double arrows showing and the taskbar shows 2 green arrows and message is ''Backup/Synch is operating normally''.?I have 40 G available at photoshop.com and have used @ 7 G. Random photos from some of my albums have transferred and there are also many duplications.I have left the programs open for more than 24 hours. Please help me, I've been fooling with this for a week and am ready to give up.

Please re-post that question directly to the Photoshop Elements Windows forum; the Photoshop Elements sync agent is the main thing you want to focus on; sometimes it can get stopped up.

While you're waiting for a response there, you may do a quick check to see if the files that are getting stopped up are RAW files (are any of them RAW?); if so, that might be an important part of the puzzle.
