Installation Trouble - Trial CS4

For the record, I've tried Adobe Support Advisor and got this message :

The module found no solutions to report for the selected log file.

If you continue to have difficulties with the application,

please contact Adobe Support: http://www.adobe.com/support

The problem is, during installation, everything gets installed EXCEPT Flash CS4. I get this message at the end:

Installation Failed

One or more required components of Adobe Flash CS4 failed to install correctly.

I follow the steps it suggest: 1.Quit Installer, Restart your Computer. 2. Close all aplications, including virus checking and firewall software.

3. Restart the installer.

None of this works. I also tried running MSConfig and uncheck Load StartUp Items (thinking maybe there is a program running in the background that I didn't catch in Task Manager). Restarted computer, same issue.

Tried diagnostic startup and with that The Flash Installer won't even open.

Uninstalled all previous versions of Flash, including the Flash Player. NOTHING works.

I currently have Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Bridge installed. All CS4, all installed without a hitch. AND all installed without having to take these extra steps to make sure no programs were open. I'm frustrated at this point.
